By the way...can anybody please tell me how to use tritones? I know they sound ok a whole step below the root of a chord and them chromatically down but there's got to be more to it cuz it doesn't sound good to me when I do it...
Any suggestions? I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the dirt.

Cool track, I like it, really jazzy man! Are you really just playing for a year? These basslines seem pretty sophisticated for a "one year player". Anyway, cool stuff... RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

Thank yall for the feedback.
I played the baseline with a lil bit slower tempo to make it easier. Besides I've been practicing lately I rarely quatize...sometimes the drums if I'm lazy. That's why the piano is a bit off tempo sometimes. Anywayz, thanks one mo 'gain. I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the dirt.

"When The Time Is Up" sounds like it came right off of Cameo's 1984 release "She's Strange". I like it alot! Nice work! I also dig "NYC" also, very jazzy and very nice piano. You have a variety of styles!
Peace, JD | |
