Live Music: THIS is what it's all about Here's a new one for you. Recorded live (one take) at the 'ol studio with a live trio. Zero use of the computer except to burn to CD.
Awesome capture of magic that goes on when you throw 3 fusion players together in one room. The chemistry was just unbelieveable this night and I'm really glad we got it to DAT. Listen closely to the build at first with Ilkin introducing the groove, but hold on to your shirts because we rip it up a few minutes in. Surely to swivel your nipple. We're really proud of this one. It's a long session, (15:33 | 21.3 MB) but well worth the download time. Please enjoy! The Cast: Alain Plouffe: Drums (yes, that's just one guy believe it or not) Ilkin Deniz: Bass Your's truly: Guitar Kelly (yamomma) slept through the whole thing http://frankaxtell.com/Ja...s_MrPC.mp3 "Study and show yourself approved"

This is a long download but it worth it especially the double time bass solo by my Turkish friend Ilkin Deniz not to mention the african and latin percussion and drum performance by the amazing Alain Plouffe of Montreal,a true undiscovered genius of jazz drumming! There are no overdubs! "Study and show yourself approved"

I wonder if he would actually use it? Talking with him last time, he seemed as though he'd rather be in the woods listening to the earth move or something like that. (His words) All Rights Reserved. |

It's the role of every musician to really listen to the other players in the band and to bring out the best in each of them. "Study and show yourself approved"

This was a live recording at my studio. There were no rehearsals just hit the record button and play...the bass player and drummmer had never met until the night of the session.
