Similar to Garageband.com - except there's no pre-requisite reviews. You have 50 megs of space to post your songs. People rate them, review them. You fill out a survey to specify what kind of music you enjoy, and they serve up songs to fill your music needs. It seems like a beautiful thing.

Additionally, as an artist, you also get a "blog" section where you can constantly update what you're up to. Almost like you get your own site, and people are rating/reviewing your music, adding comments - it really looks like a FANTASTIC site.
