Which of my songs should my band record for an EP?

Ok, here's the deal: I want to record an EP with the band of original material to sell at our live shows. My guitar/keyboardist actually has a studio at his house that we practice in. We have two songs of mine that we actually play live - The Best Tonight, and the Funk Anthem. We have one of his that we play - so there's three tunes. The question is how many songs do we record, and what other tunes of mine do you think are worthy of the CD? Thanks!

im really diggin
obligatory ballad demo
the intro riff is the hottness
you need to loop it under the chorus

and wheres my pants part 2
This blood spilt is the hottness!, my favorite

The best tonight needs a new drum line in my opinion but i love the style
for an EP
i believe an EP is 45 mins or less
mmmm
mmm but i suggest give away like 8 songs and charge 9.00 bucks

Thanks for the feedback! Where's My Pants is actually the most popular of my songs on Soundclick. It's been in the top 30 in it's category for a long time and gets hits constantly - maybe the name? And ALL of these tracks need real drums. I'm just using a machine.

It's a built in Zoom drum machine in my digital recorder, a Zoom MRS-1044 ( I think). Otan knows how to use his quite well and you can definitely hear the difference between his recordings using the Zoom and mine.

mmm thats because no offence
Otan has a creative mind when it comes to drum machines
you need to really spend time with it and know it inside and out
