As soon as you cut out the "know I can't" and insert the "know I can" you're gonna fly. The guitars are masking the vocals, hmmm... did you do that on purpose? The groove is too funky and you created a great vibe with the efx and synth layers. Sounds really sweet! You guys make a great team glad to see you branching out. You guys are really encouraging me when it comes to vocals  TheAudience really gave me something to think about when it comes to the my "I know I can't attitude".
Honestly, I think the problem is that I recorded the music first (stereo) and then added vocals (mono). Before I put EP's lyrics in, I didn't really leave any open space... everything just came together in literally a matter of minutes. I'm keeping a close eye on the feedback to see what I need to do before I record it. By the way.... not rushing you or anything... but uhm....
