Anyone know this pedal

Hi everyone,

I just saw a boss feedback/distortion (orange coloured) pedal on the net, I have never seen it before, would'nt mind getting it.

For those who use it, does it give you good feedback as the name suggests and what type of disortion does it give you

Thank you

I have an old "heavy metal" pedal from the 80's by Boss and it's Orange.

I used to have one but I solded it a while back , the level was so low even with it all the way turned up , the clean signal when u turned it off was much louder then when it was on ...maybe mine was broke...the cool thing the feedback ! What you do is hold the pedal down & it makes this simulated feedback sound (reminisent of The Sign O the Times Live Concert video used on S.O.T. & Never Take The Place Of Your Man solos) let it go 4 a quick second & hold it down again the feed back changes octaves & so on & you can play at the same time that this feedback is going on in the key of the tone you last played before holding down the pedal with yaw little footsie .

It's been real .
peace

Nah eye don't think so , in the Small Club Gig he's got 1 ah them octave pedals goin' at the same time as the Distortion though .
The actual distortion sound is allmost the same however .
Prince seems 2 B able 2 generate very similar tones regardless of which guitar or distortion pedals he uses .
He's got that finger tone thing happenin' big time you can always tell when it's him playin' !
Even when he uses that cheezey ZOOM 9020 rack effect it still sounds great when he's playin' thru it !

Sorry I don't have any recordings with it confused But I can tell u this the Distortion was very mushy
it was'nt one of the best pedals I've had the pleasure of owning .
Rite now I'm making due with an Ibanez tube screamer & the good old cheap ass Boss DS-1
Going into my 1969 Fender Twin I also got this cool old fuzz pedal that a friend of mine built 4 me that's actually covered in fuzzy cloth !!! I don't use it much any more...maybe I should plug it in & give it a go it was built useing the old plans from the Jimi Hendrix fuzz face with germainium transistors but wait a min I'm getting way off subject here...back to the Boss D/F
it's a fun pedal none the less if I saw it again I guess would buy it .
I hope I have been of some use.

peace
