Basically only 5 chords for the piano, they are in order of playing in the verses:

Bflatsus2, Gminor7 (add ), F AND E flat (add F)

The Bflat chord is also used in the chorus build up giving the impression of a cadence.

After that just improvise your ass off, just messing with the notes of the chords themselves is sufficient to produce some nice licks.
