the guy can jam and plays 14 instruments all by himself plus prince is his mentor
music the south will never be the same . i heard him do a live version of how come you don't call me anynore he brought the house down had every body in the club cheering and singing,dancing it was awesome wish prince could have heard it ....

This guy is certainly not bad, although not totally my thing. The first song and some others I really like, but there is also a lot of rap which I don't really like personally. Nevertheless this is better than average, I think...

I listened to about 9 of the snippets and to me it sounds like a union of Lenny and DMX (or whoever). When I get together with my cousin we'll get some nasty Vodka or Wild Turky and write playa playa thug rap tunes. We think were bad asses when were totally fucked up. We throw down some phat ass loops, I'll hit the bass, touch a few keys and "whala" --- it always sounds good while were doing it, but when we wake up in the morning that's another story.

I think you have something going on here. Something definitely worth waking up to. You do have an unmistakable similarity to Lenny kravitz on some of the tunes. I'd try to filter his influence out of the mix, its spooky. I'm not sure if you've found yourself as an artist yet, your tunes / production sounds good, but your creative output seems a little scitzo to me.

That's just my humble opinion, take it as you will.
