I've become the CARTMAN of the org Artist Community. now if only I could record a frickin tune or two, I'd be a useful individual in this forum. Well. productive at least. Moderator | I'm suckin up the late nights working in the studio before the late nights of feeding, burping, changing diapers, giving the foot rubs to the wife, etc... that will be just about any day now.
I figure if I'm going to get any creative thinking done, it has to be now or 6 months from now. Whoo-hoo! Not that I'm not excited about our new little one. I'm just on a roll lately getting things done and that's kinda going to have to slow down again. All Rights Reserved. |

Is this your first child Otan? Don't forget you don't have to push the baby out a space akin to the size of a golf ball, that's your wife's job. Maybe i missed something along the way, what's all the stress? ~PClinuxOS~ I've been here longer than I care to remember, ... I drop in from time to time, ...

It's actually my third. Fourth if you count my stepson that I pretty much adopted when he was 2. So, the stress comes from entertaining the 2 year old when the baby arrives, giving quality time to the 16 yr old so he wont feel ignored with all the new babies. And somewhere in there, getting some sleep, working a day job. The sleep is really more important of the two. The Last Otan Track: www.funkmusician.com/what.mp3

That's where Music is such a necessity, without it i think i'd of gone Crazy, or crazier than what i am Looking forward to hearing what you create when these busy times give way to an out pouring of your frustrations ~PClinuxOS~ I've been here longer than I care to remember, ... Thanks Vina. Your $20 is in the mail. And YM is right. When you embrace it, it's awesome. Exhausting, but awesome. I'm in the process of teaching my 16 yr old how to play guitar. I just taught him some Blink 182 crap and he couldn't stop laughing at how easy it was... we were there, two electrics strapped on, slamming away to "All the Small Things" two nights ago, and now he's already got a band. So, shoot, in another three weeks, I might be posting songs from my son. The Last Otan Track: www.funkmusician.com/what.mp3

positivity all around. Working towards the future - fixing the crap our parents did. I know my children will probably have their own issues.

Seems to be the way of Evolution that if we get screwed up by our parents we go all out to not repeat that environment for our children.I've only got 1 boy;10 years old,who shares his life 50% of the time with me, and alternately with my Ex-Wife.Seems to be working out after 3 years of trial(court), and error, but as i lived through a chidhood of 4 divorces,1 Father and 3 stepfathers, it grinds on me to do the best i can for My Boy. May the funk be with all our Kids. Yeh, i do the Left hand on guitar, and Nick strums. All good fun. ~PClinuxOS~ I've been here longer than I care to remember, ... I drop in from time to time, ...
