That was a really cool read.
I've often wondered how far civilizations got before the flood noted in Genesis. I've read other "creationist" writings that describe the old earth as being "perfect" in climate, no sickness, people living to be a 1000 years old, among dinasours, the world population being 100 times more than what it is now, etc... All very cool stuff for this guy's imagination. But that also leads me to believe that if we lived in a world like that, that we would have gotten so much further in technology, etc... Creationists also claim that most evidence would be completely destroyed by a large amount of salt water. Metals, flesh, etc just kinda desolves... The whole "civilization of sound" thing in that article sounds really cool. Thanks for sharing. All Rights Reserved. |

You ever hear of a book called The Weans? Same kind of thing.
Archaelogy Parody
Archaelogists unearth an intact typical American home circa late 1970s and analyze the uses of the various items found within it. Of course, the future archaelogists are completely wrong in their analysis. They thought a toilet seat was a necklace for the fashionable 1970s woman. A coke bottle was a statue of their god. There were black and white diagrams of the house (including skeletons of its 20th century occupants) and drawings illustrating the various "uses" of the items. way I see it is - if there is no past or future - if there is only 'now' - then these kinds of articles and information are really just insights into what is actually happening 'now' - on other planes of existence.. Atlantis may very well 'still' exist - but maybe not in the ways we thought - maybe it's a place on the inside of us - where perfection is a reality. I like the references in this article to the 'power of sound' too - and believe that somewhere in our deepest sleep - or heightened awareness - are quiet tones of the universe - humming always - manipulated by 'gods' ( powerful minds ) - to effect/affect ( thats 4 U Otan - wink ) global consciousness - for better or worse. being that only 'now' exists - its still obvious that people live in different 'timelines' of reality - I do believe 'time' itself is real - but just not 'linear' - it kinda spirals upwards - but still just in the 'now'. I love the theory that perceptions 'on earth' are all upside down - and given that 'musicians' are seen to be some kind of circus act - unaccomodated by society in conventional ways - outcasts of sorts ... this would mean that in the greater reality - they we are actually the fundamental source of all positive or negative change on this planet. planet - earth = the result of our thoughts - matter created by global consciousness.. if we're at the centre of this thing - living in atlantis - we have so much power to affect/effect ( wink ) things for 'good' - its really cause for celebration. lastly - if god made man in his image - then we are gods - in the greater reality - and the bible is the poetic story of our mind's journey back to that realisation. -- I've also had a bit of a giggle at what archaeologists call their finds - toilet seat vs. necklace etc... and if you read Ezekiel in the bible - it becomes more apparent he's talkin bout a UFO... which leads me to .. UFO's - pulsing orbs of light - the reflection of the energy field of our very own bodies and minds.. the physical body is a space ship - the mind its pilot - and both are holographically projected - so we see them as 'UFO's... In my old age i've gotten thick headed with philosophical discussions about reality. Without the past, could there be 'now' ? Without 'now', could there be a future? Seperate Realities are obviously apparent, but because of the incomprehensible nature of infinity, i gotta let it slip and live now, using knowledge of the past to guide me to the future.Then i sleep and dream, as i'm gonna do 'now'.
