1) From the top of my head: it sounds like he's using a guitar with active pickups (cloud probably), a lot of distortion with lots of mids (probably a Boss DS-2 Turbo distortion, maybe combined with another distortion or a compressor to add sustain and heaviness) and I'd guess a Boss delay DD-3. Does it sound like teher's any modulation on tehre? Maybe a little (Boss) chorus was used. This is my approximation of how you would go about cxreating such a tone using gear we know P owns and uses.

2) No tab here. It's not so complex, just listen carefully and figure it out by ear- much more fun!
