The tickets are always the same price as Ticketmaster - the difference is that the NPG tix are always the best in the house (all seats closest to the stage) AND you get out of having to pay the insane TM charges which can sometimes add an additional $15 to the price of a single ticket!! And, of course, the NPG presale takes place before the tix go onsale at TM (usually this is the case, but even in some instances where they go onsale after TM puts them on sale, it doesn't matter because the NPGMC has all their member tix already set aside for them....)
