Problems with license of NPGMC files? I was just wondering if any of u have had any problems with the NPGMC's files acquiring license for any of the files. I purchased the new video and audio files and windows media will not allow me to acquire the license. I have emailed tech support, but they have not responded. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

make sure that you are logged in to the website (if you are a member) when you first try to play the file. | |

I had this problem due to the fact I had my fire wall running, as soon as I disabled it I got the files no problem. | |

I tried playing the audio file first and was unable to acquire the license but as soon as I played the video file, which was the first one I downloaded everything went tickettyboo.
