Is there anyone out there who's in the npg music club who bought advanced tix to the Musicology tour? When you purchase the tickets, you have to pick them up the night of the show and they don't tell exactly what seat you're in, only that you're "closest to the stage". How close is that? Anyone been there already who can give me some idea?

well i'm not sure, u will have to go into the npg forum and see if anyone has posted anything about this subject. I have my purchased my tix through the club but the concert isn't until august. so i don't really know....

You pick up your tickets and you can see a floor chart. I've been quite Lucky which I thank them for.

i had advance tickets to opening night @ the Staples center in L.A., and mine weren't actually floor seats, but were only 12 rows up and to the left some. i was really happy, but since the layout of where your concert's going to be is different, it could vary. mebbe you're one of the luckies with floor seats, who knows?

I believe all NPGMC advance tickets are floor seats closest to the stage. I had excellent 9th row seats in LA and 1st row seats in STL. I can hardly wait for the Chicago show.

I got the NPGMC presale tix for the opener on 3/29 in LA. This happened the be the presale where there were TONS of server glitches which made everyone buying tix really nervous. I got online right when they went onsale but everything kept freezing up. By the time I completed the purchase, it was 17 minutes later. I was all uneasy as to where my seats would be due to all the server problems. But, when we arrived at Staples about an hour before the show we walked right up to will call (no lines really) and SHA-BAM!!! 3RD ROW ON THE FLOOR.....very pleased to say the least.

Yes, all NPGMC tix are floor seats, however, if the floor seats sellout, they will add additional tix and these will be the first 1-15 rows going up the sides of the arena (these would be great seats too - you'll see what I mean once you see the stage setup).

P.S. From what I understand, ever since the 3/29 presale server glitches, NPGMC has upgraded their servers and this has not happened again so don't worry about that.

i had 4th row seats last night they were wonderful crossing my fingers next weeks will be just as awsome

still got my fingers crossed. my show is in july and i'm so excited, but i must admit with my last name beginning with a T i am a little on edge.

i don't think last names matter. my last name begins with S and i was in the first row for the champaign show.

I went online to ticketmaster and I found some tickets for the E1 section seat 13 and 14 main floor. I thought that only members were able to get main floor tickets.

The brokers who are unable to sell their tix when it gets close to the date of the show will release the good tix they have back to TM for them to sell. I checked TM on the day of the 5/26 show and there were floor seats available. One week before, there were none. Yes, the floor is mostly made up of members, but there are also executives, VIP's, and people who bought REALLY expensive tix through brokers.
