People are complaining that this is another concert video should look at the genius of it.
It keeps with the whole theme of the CD and tour, which is real music for real people. A kick ass concert video promotes the tour, which gives away CD's, which adds to the sales. People are amazed how many people are going to the concerts. What if the Musicology video is what inspired alot of people who wouldn't have normally gone? | |

My girlfriend and I got our confirmation numbers (We each have an NPGMC account). I did hers first, then mine immediately after and our confirmation numbers are 71 apart. Congrats to those who got in. "Call my name" is my favorite song on the CD, so I couldn't be happier!  | |

I'm stressing over the dress code as well. I'll be getting to this video shoot after a LONG drive from the desert (300+ miles). The most dressy clothes I have are pants suits...hey, I'm a single mom and a teacher--I don't own fancy clothes.  Guess I gotta do some shopping tonight!

He probably doesn't want to do a concept video because he would have to have a leading lady with the plot revolving around him showing how much he loves her. Since he is married and is a JW, it's most likely not something he wants to do. | |

While I cannot mention names all i can say is the director of this video is a genius - a TRUE pioneer of the Music Video Era. Except the unexcepted. This could end up being Prince's best video to date .

To all those upset about not going, don't worry! Nobody got to be in it! Prince came in himself into the big warehouse we were in to let us know that the soundstage that was rented was way too small for everyone and was really only big enough for the equipment and crew.....while I think it's cool he came in to tell us, it still sucks....there were a lot of us who drove really far for this. E
