How Are Tickets Distributed through NPGMC?

The Venue said it was Their Choice. So why were NON Fans in the Front Row? Were Industry or Scalpers Alloted Tickets? Seems like Fans didn't Really get FRONT ROW. Just Wondering .

I posted basically the same question on NPGMC yesterday, after speaking to some people in Atlanta who had better/closer seats than me not purchased thru NPGMC or well after the start time of the pre-sale. I can go to ticketmaster or other online ticketing venues right now and purchase better seats for the August 9th show than I had for May 30th. The cost of course is dramatically different, but that is not my priority.

The response from PP9 on NPGMC was that the fact that I had a good time was the most important thing...Meaning why would I ask?

This moderator also told me that everyone I talked to would say they bought tickets right at the start time, that everyone wants that special seat in front of Prince, I could analyze this system or that system for a month, that it is an arena tour with many tickets being purchased...

Very condescending and did not give me the info I asked for, which is how were the seats assigned? I did not ask for his/her opinion, it was a customer service logistics question combined with consumer feedback. In what other business would anyone representing the company to consumers invalidate feedback they asked for in the first place?

I will never post there again and welcome you to check it out or give it a shot under concert tickets info/frequently asked questions board at the NPGMC.
Somebody bring me a mirror.... Paix...Babs

Well, the Moderator is Unfair in Not Sending E-mails to fans on time and also I would Enjoy 1st Row like you have stated after travelling Many Miles to see Prince. I Definitely would like to be as Close as Possible. I saw the Same person at some shows and he must be a friend or something cause he had Front tickets. So what is all that ABOUT?

I still believe that the club tries to put the "priveleged few" in the primo seats, and the rabble rousers more often than not get stuck behind the keyboards or the NPG sign.
