I need some help. I've paid for and downloaded the 'Bataclan' single but when I play the file in Windows Media Player 9 I cannot hear anything. The WMP9 'seek' bar moves while playing but there's no sound.
My speakers are on and audio is not muted. I can hear other trax (normal mp3's etc.) played in WMP9, so that's not the problem.



My specs;
OS: Windows XP
WMP9 Ver: 9:00:00:3075


Anyone got any ideas?

Just download the Mp3 format from other sources if you can't find someone to help you out with the paid trax

On the "Mixing Desk" there is a link to "Your Account".
From there you should be able to try asking for the licence and you should also be able to re-download the track and try again.

I finally got mine to work but it took a lot of dicking around - had to do w/ the Media Player being able to find/update the Licensing files or whatever I wiped the slate clean, d/l'd version 9, created a new folder for the licenses & finally got it to work. Hope you figure it out
