I thought you were talking about a NEW song from Bataclan -- you're talking 'bout "NPG In This Funky House/All the Critics Love U In Paris," right?

I like the last half of the song when it goes into "All the Critics Love U" -- the first half is just a tame version of "NPG in the m-f'ing house" -- which just sounds much better with the bad, bad words. smile

Prince is wrong. He's the one that said the words...I just listen. smile

And Prince shouldn't care anyway...I'm buying the music and enjoying it! There are just some things that sound better in their original form. I think P would agree with that.

purplefab -- yes, the sound quality is GREAT and, like you, I hope they release this entire concert at the club. music

I don't live my life or tailor my tastes to Prince's. I respect his right to do whatever he wants, and I respect my right to feel or say whatever the fuck I want.

NPG in this funky house is about as funky as my Grandpa Simpson. Embarrassing and cringe-worthy.

But yeah, the music's hot. Can you imagine The Question of U? OhhhhWEE!!! And why is nobody at the club bugging the fuckers for never following up on PeePee's claim that they were simply waiting for Alicia's permission to post Question of U/Fallin' etc. from the Oklahoma show. I mean, what happens? The next day, does he decide that he doesnt' actually like that rendition after all?
