Ice Cream Castles is the first track on the album "Ice Cream Castle" by the Time.

The album was released in 1984, all the tracks are credited to Morris Day, except "Jungle Love", which is creidted to Morris Day and Jesse Johnson. Of course there have been lots of discussions about the amount of involvement Prince had on these tracks, the only credit hinting at Prince's involvement is "Produced by Morris Day & The Starr * Company".

Ice Cream Castles is an excellent album, tracks are as follows:

Ice Cream Castles
My Drawers
Chili Sauce
Jungle Love
If the Kid Can't Make You Come
The Bird

You might be able to find it on Ebay.

If it's the same song that's on the site now - NO - if it's been redone then sorta
Ice Cream Castles was released back when Purple Rain was HOT.

It's a cool jam

Automatic is an interesting choice, but not as interesting as them playing the Little Red Corvette 12" in Glam Slam this weekend. Nice choice. smile

Haven't heard this album for ages - got it on tape somewhere. I'm surprised fans don't make more of it - after all, this album is almost like the companion album to Purple Rain - Jungle Love and The Bird are featured in the film, and the seduction speech on one of the tracks (forget which one) is almost identical to the dialogue in the film when Morris is chatting up Apollonia.

After you play them, they'll be saved in your Temporary Internet Files folder...if you're using Internet Explorer, go to Tools at the top of your screen, and then Internet Options and then Settings in the Temporary Internet Files section and then View Files...once you find it, you can copy and paste it onto your desktop or into any folder you like on your hard drive.
