Heh....I dig it, but I got tired of that a couple weeks ago. wink Of course, I played the hell out of all those songs the first time I bought them, so I'm sure that's part of the reason.

Undoubtedly if you didn't already have TCI, Slaughterhouse, C-NOTE, Xpectations etc. then the Musicology store must seem like a massive amount of music. On the other hand, if you've been buying all of this music as it was originally released, it just feels like re-hash.

I do totally fucking love Magnificent, though.

I'd be shocked if they "overwhelmed" us with anything except their inability to update the store. wink But hey, I'd LOVE to be wrong about that!

What can I say, I dug the music the first time around, but something about seeing it available to folks again and hearing the tweaked-up new versions of some of the songs has me all excited and stuff, and as a result I've revisited the music with a lil' more verve than the last time. Anyway, since the "Come" album, it seems like it takes a few years for anything new by the man to sink in with me 100% anyways...with the curious (or not?) exception of Musicology, which smacked me upside the head immediately.

I think we're going to see TCI and Slaughterhouse AGAIN - probably made available for CD purchase. Then, and only then, will we see another "album" for download.

As much as i hate to believe this, i agree this will probably be the case. It seems he hates to release stuff to the club, without also releasing it officially on CD at some point in the future.

It would be nice if he could just throw stuff up, then more stuff, let us pay our 77 cents for each song, release a new album of stuff through in record stores that was NEVER on the club, rinse and repeat.

Wouldn't that just be nice? It will be such a shame if we have to wait months before we get anything new to pay to download.
