Musicology CD for the car?

Hey everyone -

I've been reading about people enjoying the new tracks in the car and other places. I was told by NPGMC that I can only listen to my burned CD on my computer. How are other folks doing this? I have WM9 and MusicMatch.

Any tips?

JEFF

good luck, you & 20000 other members (including me) are trying to do the same thing. DRM sucks! It stands for Digital Recording Mangler

You can use WMP9 to burn a CD for yourself if you're on a PC. The CD will play on any CD player, not just on your computer.
Check out The Mountains and the Sea, a Prince podcast by yours truly and my wife. More info at https://www.facebook.com/TMATSPodcast/

Thanks for the reply doozer. I was able to burn a CD with WMP9, but so far it will only play on my computer. On one player it wouldn't play because the tracks were "protected".

did you burn it as an audio CD? I don't think there's a way to prevent a burned audio CD from being played on a normal CD player. If there is, the clubs restrictions have gone beyond absurd.

Glad I could help - now if they could just fix it so that mac users could enjoy the same bright drive.
