NPGMC - Member Help Section

Could someone please explain why they would remove a topic
from the member help section of the NPGMC?

It was just a simple question: How many people have had their ticket problems of March 21 resolved?

I did get a reply from PP9 saying he didn't delete it. So I guess it just disappeared. (LIKE MAGIC) confused Just like my money they charged for tickets I didn't order.

Sorry, just a little upset right now. mad

hug Had to mention that I love 'Dreamin' About U'... I'm diggin' that sig line thumbs up!

I got an IM from one of the PPs when I had ticket problems stating very plainly, 'We'll handle it'. Of course PP9 may not have removed it, but one of the other 342 mods over there may have. They'll get it resolved, I'm sure nod

Well at least they're talking to you. I've been PMing since March 21st and all I've gotten is "we're working on it."

In the meantime, my credit card bill arrived and I've been charged for tickets I don't need.


When i've seen them (PPs or whomever) resolve problems online within hours and sometimes minutes of a posting.

They've switched customer support 3 times since the 21st, and I've contacted them all.

Still pissed, but we'll see what happens next.

BTW summerdawn, did your problem actually get resolved or not?

It did...I got over-charged for the SC show and got a refund in about 4 days. I know its aggravating sigh but keep trying...

I'm sure they're slammed with folks needing download advice what with the new Musicology store, but I'd keep e-mailing until you get a response nod
