NPGMC response to OVERCHARGING. Within 3 minutes of me e-mailing them,i got this reply..
Dear NPGMC User, We apologize for the inconvenience. Quite a few people clicked to purchase several times or repurchased the same cart. We are automatically refunding these duplicate purchases, and have made changes to the software to warn you of duplicate purchases in the future. These charges will be automatically refunded. NPGMC Support Money didn't matter last night....but it sure does matter 2day! | |
