Can anyone who has had a problem with the licences and had a solution from NPGMC or their own wit post here. Response time at tech support is rather s l o w .....

basically i bought the whole lot. downloaded musicology album launched in media player and got the licence OK - lovely jubbly.

D/L the others - but didn;t have time to play them till much later in the day - when i come to play them it cant get a licence and asks me to enter an email address and password. Tried this using my email address and npgmc password - says it doesn't recognise me.

Anyone else had this problem and sorted it out - help us out!

make sure you're online....then instead of entering the password etc at the licence prompt just click on the link above which says something like 'music club members click here'....it should then automatically recognise you have bought them and give you the licence....at least that's how i got it to work....

I had to log in at the NPGMC site before i got granted the licence.

I just cant believe after 2 days of struggling, trying to get chocolate Invasion, the liscense needs to be renewwd.....

this is incredibly stupid

I just cant get it to burn, and I've dl'd it 8 times allready
