DRM INDIVIDUALIZATION PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!

I purchased Chocolate Invasion and have been able to download the tracks, but when I try to play them I have to upgrade my DRM. I click OK and it says "starting individualization", but it just keeps going and going....over 2 hours before it says I was timed out. I am using new version of IE and WMP 9(I tried uninstalling and reinstalling). Any tech wizards out there know what is wrong and how I fix it?

Please!!!

Thanks in advance.

Had a similar problem too... I don't know which exactly it is the reason your copy doesn't work but try these:

1. The DRM options of your WMP - they are set correctly? If you were able to play the test file they are. If not check your WMP extras/options that you're allowing to automatically connect to the licensing site.

2. You have to be online when you first play the tracks. Just starting them for a few seconds until they truely start playing music does.

3. If I'm right the downloaded files must not be stored at an arbitrarily chosen location on your disc. When first playing them (to get the license) they have to be stored a your root directory (c:/). Maybe any other path that's part of your startup file is ok... yet the directory is for sure. Also, "/my music" is a good guess (haven't tried it!).

After getting the license you might rename and restore them in another directory. And they're playing offline too. At least it worked with my files.
