Oops! NPGMC overcharged me! Be warned...

Hi, I tried downloading the Musicology album the other week and like many of you kept on getting that message at somepoint that said something like 'Transaction not possible' or 'Connection not possible' or something at least weren't possible. All I remember is that I was lead to believe that the transactionweren't possible, and had NOT gone through. Eventually I did get to the download page...but according to my bank statement, it seems this success has taken at total of 7 attempts, and that the previous attempts were more flippin succesful than I was led to believe.

Just emailed the folks at NPGMC to highlight there technical problem and get me my refun back.

Just thought I'd warn you guys, as I know some of yas were getting the same message when attempting to buy the tracks.

p.s. If the NPGMC decide to credit my NPGMC account rather than give me some hard earned cash that I could spend on milk an bread, do you think I should put up a strop? Or are all the Chocolate Blah-Blah etc. worth the funk they claim to be? I have 6x7.99 to squander, so I guess if you guys pursuade me to go the more-music-route, I'll have to fuzz a dog-jacket or something else equally as aimless. Anyone wanna give me a dog first?

peace

Things like this happen with other online transactions from time to time...I'm sure your credit card will be credited...Give them the oppurtunity to correct the problem. I've seen where the credited members cc's when there was ticket purchasing problems...The business side of the NPG seems to be run by a "real" company as opposed to being run by a fan...

I got a great reply from the NPGMC folks sayin that a lot of people have had thisproblem and that they're:

a) gonna refund the cash no probs

and

b) gonna adjust the software so that folks are prevented from accidentally purchasing more than once....
