thought that might get ur attention. I know that the retail has a few critics - I'm still confused about the lack of actual Prince music being sold and $2 off a $50 item doesn't seem like a very 'special' sale discount to me. But I've just had a potential annoying experience turn good.

I ordered the CD wallet a few weeks ago at $19.99. It arrived in good time (considering I'm in the UK - though it bllody should arrive quick at $12 postage) but when I opened it there were only 8 pages. that's 16 CDs instead of the advertised 24.

I wrote to them to explain the problem and noted that I really didn't want the hassle of sending it back via airmail and waiting for them to refund me (minus a $4 fee apparently). I also noted that it looked like the new batch of thinner wallets were being falsely advertised, and sold for the same price as the last batch of bigger wallets! I suggested they could maybe credit me the difference in value between a 24 and 16 CD wallet for use in future purchases.

As usual they took ages to reply but....I got an email to say that they would credit the full value of the item, so I only had to pay for postage! now a 16 CD wallet is pretty skimpy, but it's not bad for £6.50 (in real money ). Oh, and they've changed the site to $14.99 for a 16 CD wallet. power to the people!

Damn, this has got to be a first! Customer service from the NPGMC? Has the world gone topsy turvy?

I would buy something there if i had a credit card,Can i borrow yours?

I emailed them yesterday when I couldn't process my ticket for the D.C. show. I have yet to hear from them. I guess they're being inundated with fam hate mail!

On a lighter note, I just purchased an orange Prince jerey (the cool one) from retail. It was quicly processed and arrived at my doorstep in TWO days!

Like I said previously, Prince seems to have better managers of the site. It still isn't the greatest (they need to have a customer service phone line or something), but he seems to respond to consumer/fam demands.

BTW, the shirt is awesome! I've worn it two days in a row now. Yeah, I know...that's disgusting, but I'm clean!
