NPGMC broken, help need MA tickets.

Someone please help me, I can't get in. It goes to musicoligy and says done. Black screen. Do I need to change settings on the computer? HELP

????? I cannot get in from here...I'm about to head out in search of a few p/c's at other places to see if i can get in to order mine...CRAZY!

I got in ok, try turning ur firewall or pop up stopper off to buy items then after ur done switch them back on. Also empty ur cache files (temp internet files)
