Nope, sd. There is still a two per person limit. From what I understand, tix are in the 75 buck range.

TICKETS: Frequently Asked Questions

All members have the opportunity 2 purchase presale concert tickets thru the NPG Music Club. Please look 4 the answers 2 ur questions here. Any further questions and discussion can take place in the CONCERTS CONNECTION message board in the U TELL US section.


1. When is there a presale 4 the show I want 2 go 2?
All current and upcoming presales are listed in the main ticket window. If a show is not listed, it has either passed and u can check the archive. Or the show has not been confirmed yet. B4 a presale takes place, very specific plans need 2 b made. We will not conduct a presale until we r certain all members will get their tickets properly. So if u hear about a show somewhere but it is not here yet, please be patient and understand we will only offer u what we r 100% positive we can offer u.

2. I see a time listed 4 when the presale begins. What time zone is that?
All times given are local times 2 the sale. Example: a presale in Boston will be listed in Eastern Time (ET). And a presale in Los Angeles will be listed in Pacific Time (PT).

3. When the presale begins, where do I go 2 buy tix?
Just go the main window, an "ORDER NOW" button will appear at the appropriate time next 2 the sale listing and u can click it 2 the shopping cart page.

4. Is there a limit on how many I can buy in the presale?
Yes. All members can buy 2 tickets per concert in the presale. U can attend as many shows as u like. Since space is limited, we cannot allow more than 2 tickets per concert.

5. I think I bought a presale ticket but I'm not sure. How can I check that?
Simply access the UR ACCOUNT section. All ur purchases will be listed there including all concert tix. It will also list ur Confirmation Number which u can use as additional info at Will Call.

6. Will the tickets get mailed 2 me?
No. All tickets are WILL CALL only, which means u must pick them up the nite of the show at the venue WILL CALL window.

7. What do I need 2 pick up my tickets at Will Call?
All u need is a photo ID 2 verify u r the member who bought the tickets. The tickets will be listed under the name registered with ur membership. Example: If the membership is registered under "John Smith," then the tickets will be under the name "John Smith" at the Will Call window. U can verify and change that information in ur MEMBER PROFILE which is in the Club History room. The tickets will NOT be under the name on the credit card that makes the purchase.

U can also bring ur Confirmation Number that u received in emale from ur purchase (U can get the number from the UR ACCOUNT section as well). The number is not necessary but can help track ur order down if need b.

8. R the member tickets general admission or assigned seating?
It depends on the venue and show. Most aftershows and small club gigs are general admission. But in theaters and arenas with assigned seating, all member tickets are also assigned seating. The Musicology Tour is all big venues so they will all be assigned seating. And all member tickets r within the sections closest 2 the stage.

9. If it's assigned seating, when will I find out where I'm sitting?
U will find out where u r sitting on the night of the show when u pick up ur tickets from Will Call. We cannot tell u ur seat assignment in advance.

10. Do eye get front row tickets?
We cannot guarantee u will sit in the front row. Ur tickets will be in the sections closest 2 the stage but due 2 the high demand and increasing membership, we cannot guarantee how close u will be. However, all tickets sold from the Musicology Tour in the member presales are the top level tickets.

11. Do member ticketholders get in2 the soundcheck?
The soundcheck access was a special part of the smaller theater One Nite Alone 2002 tour. The current tour is playing larger venues and involves a "theater in the round" setting that requires more set up time. There will be no soundcheck access on this tour.

12. Do member ticketholders get in2 the afterparty?
All afterparties have different rules and situations. However, in general, if there is an official afterparty, members will be let in 4 free and let in earlier where possible.

13. I missed the presale. Can I still get a member ticket?
No. Once the presale is over, all member ticket sales r done. U can try and get tickets in the general public sale typically the day after the presale ends.

14. The presale I wanted sold out. Will more tickets become available 2 members later?
No. Once the presale is over, all member ticket sales r done. Space is limited and we cannot guarantee all members will get a ticket in the presale. All presales are first come, first serve. As the membership increases, the demand is high. U can try and get tickets in the general public sale typically the day after the presale ends.

15. I am a member with a regular concert ticket but I did not get the ticket in the member presale. Can I still get the member privileges?
No. All member benefits are part of the member ticket.

16. I bought a presale ticket but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
U may refund ur ticket within ONE WEEK OF PURCHASE only. After one week we cannot do any refunds. Please DO NOT buy a ticket unless u intend 2 use it. By purchasing a ticket, u r taking up a space that another member may want and cannot get. And we will not do any exchanges. All tourdates have not been announced. Do not plan 2 travel 2 a show unless u will actually attend. A show closer 2 u may still be announced so if u r not sure, wait. Emale info@npgmusicclub.com regarding returns if it is within one week from purchase. Any other messages will be deleted. Include ur member name in all emales.

17. Can I resell my member tickets?
No. Member tickets are not transferrable and not 4 resell. The NPG Music Club strongly opposes scalping concert tickets and any member caught scalping member tickets or reselling them on ebay will have their membership canceled and their tickets canceled immediately.

I'd love to go and see Prince this year - they messed up my NPGMC tickets last year so I sisnt have great seats but it was till excellent.

So do u suggest that when attempting to purchase the tix that a computer with a faster connection and better modem should be used? I mean, what are the odds that you don't get any tix even if you try? thanks...
