I haven't been able to access NPGMC for two days by either the flash or the html version. Does someone have the tech support e-mail address? The e-mails say "Please send all feedback to the message boards", but how the heck are you supposed to do that if you can't log in???

I sure hope they fix this by the time they announce the Detroit dates--I'm not gonna be a happy camper if I miss out on the pre-sale because of this.

Good question, try going into the retail section, there should be a contact us tab. U don't need to log into the club to do that.

The site is so slow these days, it takes ages for the pages to load and i have never had these problems before. the chat applet one min will load then the nxt time it wont, i have to do a constent refresh now to get in, and ive never had this problem before, and before anyone says anything.
No my settings have not changed on my computer, No there isnt nothing wrong with this computer, and i do not have any problems with any other websites out there. Myabe the site can not handle how many that have joined or there server is not that great.

Dori ur java isnt corupt, i do think you should just take the new Java you downloaded out and try and put ur old one back, (reasons why if i remember right u had windows 95 then updated to windows first addition, what i have read it does not sit that well) if u need help i will do step by step instructions for u, we goto get u back in chat i miss u (thats if i get back in )

That sucks...I guess you could petition a club member on here to PM one of the (cringe) moderators over there or something...you'd have to find someone who hasn't chosen to be rid of the message boards though.

But you should make a hubbub or some shit...I'd even sign up again for the advance tix, but that's me.
