Since last night I am Not able to LOGIn . I am using my name and password and still not being able to access. I have e-mailed them several times and they are not answering. Are they working? I am panicky cause I don't wanna miss out for the next leg of concert tickets. Also, I renewed my membership. Can anyone shed some light;or help. Thanks!

Katt,I tried what you said and although it pops up member when I put in the password it says Member not on file. I have since purchased tickets for every show so tell me am I not a member? I also rejoined thinking that was the problem...NOPE! Plus it Seems no one is answering cause I have sent them e-mails at technical help. Where are the moderators to help with this problem? I hope they help get this glich fixed.

HI, I've been having trouble for the last week trying to get into the club. Put name and password and the doors open and mansion is coming closer and then the screen goes blank and says not able to enter. Or something like that. Is anybody having the same problem after you log in?

Yes I am. When I enter the site a text box usually appears to put in my username and password but that seems to not exist. What the hell is wrong?

Hmmm. . .I hope they address these problems soon. They say "don't respond" to the e-mails but to go to the message boards. Well, how can you do that if you can't log in? I've tried to log in for two days now, and can't seem to get anywhere, flash or html.
