I got namechecked on the Rave In2 album description - other than that, there's no reason to go to retail.  | |

That IS fucking rad that they quoted you though, Anx. I mean obviously you're the best writer on here (and by here of course I mean the intraWeb), but to be able to appeal to theblueangel AND the peepees at the same time? Shit, thass impressive. And okay, so maybe I was just a tad jealous too...I mean, I went ON and ON about how much I LOOOVED West, and not even a single quote was deemed worthy? That's around the time RainbowKid69 started to get real Purple Seuss with her posts, wasn't it? They quoted her somewhere...was it on the ad for NEWS? Oh and Endorphin, don't think I'm just gonna let you slide by without reachin' out and grabbin' a handful. Shitsngiggles is the only thing one can Xpect at the club. It should be called the NPGSnGC. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

not good bizness sense up in there. I agree that there is an obvious lack of music at NPG retail. But I actually give them credit for not hocking XPectation and ONA (piano) -- those were items that 2002 members paid for as part of their membership. Making them available in retail would surely garner comments like "Why the hell did I pay $100 to join the club in 2002 when I could have just waited and paid $15 for each CD that I wanted?" That's exactly how I feel about Rave Un2 vs. Rave In2. It turned one of my absolute least favorite P albums (In2, that is) into one of my B-List/2nd Tier faves (Un2, that is). | |
