I went to check it out this morning and got the little "we're closed for updating" thingy... now I went back and it won't accept my user name and password... WTF? | |

I tried again, and it did go back to that message page, and at the top... it calls it "renew"; I guess this year's club will begin on 1/1/04... I hope it's cool this year! | |

Maybe Prince is going to go back to releasing music the old skool way - via wrecka stows - and the club will be abandoning its "year" concept (after all, time is a trick) and turning into an ongoing free site which will be more or less a fancified bulletin board site for fams? Nah. | |

Not many people give a rats ass about Prince these days anyhow, which makes it all the more confusing why his official site would be so unwelcoming. Nothing like checking up on an artist you used to dig, only to be greeted by a locked gate and two guards asking you for money... | |

I haven't been a member of npgmusicclub this year, but am a huge Prince fan. It would be amazing if Prince actually had some info about his latest album, whatever for all to be able to see. I mean, he's running an independent record label! His web site should be a means of advertising! But this year it seems to me he vanished off the face of the earth. I've been coming to Prince.org for info about him, but there really hasn't been anything... Maybe Mani had a baby and he's been doing the "dad" thing lately?? Prince? Hello?? You out there? | |

Hmmm - I got on to the site ok...it was the first time I have been on there for about 3-4 months.
Well slap me dry with a fishslice and cover me in custard...not a damn thing worth seeing has changed - musicology is still the same, the vault is still crap, reflection is still old stuff I already own, the videos are still old but being added to with non Prince stuff...what a ground breaking music club!!! | |
