I would love to join but unfortunately my neighborhood doesnt support high speed access so I'm wondering if it made any sense to join?

I have dial-up and I don't have a problem accessing NPGMC - it's just a bit slower in most of the areas.

I was actualy thinking of retiyering after last year 2003.
