My account no longer works I can't log in anymore. I have to type in my password about 5 times & then it says it has not recognised my details.

Are other people still able to get in? Same here - a few people on HQ are having the same problem. I haven't heard back from tech support yet either. If any of you who can still get in can ask the PPs or post on the help forum for us, maybe we'll get an answer. I think they must have changed some settings when they updated the club yesterday, and some of us have browsers set up that are conflicting. After all, my computer was not switched off and no settings were changed between my last visit to the club and when this problem started, so it must be something that they have changed.
