So it's not about the music...right? I don't think anyone can claim that the club is about the MUSIC this year...so exactly what is it about then? Prince is an artist who writes songs about his life...therefore, he is a public figure. Get fucking used to it, you twat. She then includes a convenient definition of the word "disappointment" to illustrate her point, just like religious uh...fan-attics often do. You know, the kind of people who write words in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS or say things like "4m" or "in2gr8"...

Well: I worked at a place and they always refered to its employees as family.

I don't know about yours, but I've got some shady characters in mine and wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them. Althought I probably could throw little man because he weighs like 98 lbs.

But, Family to some is not the same as familiy to others.

The FAM thing puts me off, because if you're gonna treat me like some of my family members (relatives and others) then, I'm definitely a FAN.

Exactly the kind of moronic, sycophantic drivel that's stopped me visiting the site.

Isn't it a shame that the only entertainment you can currently get at the NPGMC is the unintentional humour on the forums.

It should be noted, however, that it's only a minority of people who have brown noses on the site. I think most people are in it for the music and probably cringe just as much as the rest of us when they read some of these ass-kissing posts. It's unfortunate, because these brown-nosers are the worst advert for the Club.

If I'm not mistaken, I thought it was reported that the tix were $1000 in Australian money which equated 2 about $650 in American bones. That's $350 less then what u think he charges. If ppl have the money 2 burn, then why not pay? It goes 2 charity as well. Everybody wins. But I must admit, I see your point.

I'm not saying we should all join hands, and sway back and forth in a sea of optimism towards Prince, his music and everything he does. There will always be opinions that differ and conflict. Everybody has one I think that it's almost becoming NPGMC vs. The Org or Fans vs. Fams. Kind of discouraging being the Prince fiend that I am.
