I can never open up the club shop. Is there a direct link for the retail section? I can never load it up and I want to get my brother a couple of things for christmas from there. I can get into the retail room and click on an item and then view some items, but a soon as I click on ACCESS my computer shuts down. Yeah, i also have the same problem. E-mailed NPG 3 months ago, and still waiting for the reply. no-one on here seemed to help, so "come on,does anyone know how to overcome this problem". | |

You don't even need to be an NPGMC member to access the retail. Go to http://stores.musictoday.com
On the left of the page, there's a bit where it says 'BROWSE OUR STORES". Click on this and a list of all the artists who have stores on the site will appear.
