Exactly. I used to work for an online bill payment company, and while we didn't send passwords directly through email, most sites that don't deal with sensitive banking or medical information (there are other examples) will send passwords through email. There is absolutely no security reason why NPGMC wouldn't do this...it would just require them to actually answer their emails and have a support department, which is something they obviously could care less about doing. I mean, it takes time to think of those HIGH-larious Devour jokes. And anyway, at the online bill payment company we reset people's passwords and sent them an automated letter in the mail to their address on record (they have our mailing addresses, remember?) with a temporary password so that the member could access their account and create a new password. And we charged a HELL of a lot less than $25 for our services. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.
