I am still having no joy whatsoever with the discussion forums.

I can get onto the main discussion room board, but any link i click on on that page results in the black 'space' screen thats the intro to npgmc.com.

This has been going on for weeks now, and its really irritating as i can't find anything out.

Does anyone know if there is maybe something to do with my computer settings that may be the problem?

Or can i contact someone at npgmc to see what can be done?

What operating system are you using? Microsoft removed Java support with XP SP1, so it may be that you don't have a Java client. If you go to www.sun.com, then click on where it says "Java Technology Get it Free" on the right side of the page, then follow the prompts and download and install the latest Java client for whichever OS you are using. If u had no problem before try cleaning ur cache files out, and check ur security (firewall) setting are not 2 high, these r the most common reasons why people are not able 2 access the retail room or forum and sent back to the Index page.

Actually i cant access the retail dept either, so i'm pretty sure it must be one of the things you mentioned.
