I personally dont think that TCI will be on general release. I personally believe it will only be available to NPGMC members. BUt who knows. I havent heard any rumours that this package will be available in stores.

I think Prince & Co. make plans to release an available thru the internet only cd & then someone turns around & says Best Buy will take 45,000 copies & the internet only idea flies out the window. TCI may just be too big at 7 cds to attract retailers but I wouldn't be surprised if it does end up at retail outlets.

25 bucks won't make or break me, but I wouldn't be first in the queue to resubscribe after 1 song, no shows on my continent and the chance to buy music I can get a lot cheaper elsewhere (when shipping is included).

Going by some of the comments around here, I wouldn't be alone in not joining until something tempting was on offer, such as firm tour dates being announced.

So if this is made a club-only release, could this be a reason for paying out our hard-earned cash next year? A 7-cd set will hardly sell outside of us infected with the purple plague. And then, money in bank, he can organise a 2 show tour of Uzbekistan and have 11 months off to go door-knocking with Larry.

Here's hoping my cynicism's just in overdrive today.
