Can somebody help me?!!! Ok, have been a member since start of year 3, never had any problems until recently.
When I try and log on I get prompted for my password which I enter. I then get directed to a blank, black screed - information at bottom of page says firstly "loading page" then "done". Once on this screen I can get no further. Right clicking doesn't give me any options that help. Try as I might I cannot get past this page - the same problems occur if I type a direct link addres (iefoyer, pool etc) Is this anything to do with my settings on my pc (recently all reset after a new modem installed) or with the NPGMC itself? Any help would be appreciated but I have to warn you I ain't the most pc literate person you'll ever encounter Thanks!!!

Some times ago, i had the same problem. I used another browser, and it works. After the visit (and loading the site in the temp internet files), the old browser worked too. Good luck!!

1. Check your browser settings - some of them may have been changed to disable flash/activex or something. Problems are quite common (and to be expected) after installing new hardware (particularly graphics cards, sound cards, modems). Lots of these installation programs ignore personal settings and reset to factory settings.
2. Try asking npgmc. It's doubtful, but they may be aware of a glitch and have a solution - although it's more likely the installation of your new modem caused it. 3. Delete your temporary internet files, and if you can isolate them, any cookies from npgmc. 4. As suggested by ralfmeyer, try a different browser, although I would definitely try 1. above first.
