No, Prince signed a publishing deal with Universal a few years back now.

Warner Bros might own the masters to many of his songs, but Prince is still entitled to collect publishing monies. He has therefore cut a deal with Universal to collect said monies for which they will undoubtedly recieve a share.

The fact there's art for a CD there makes me wonder if they're gearing up to release Xpectation on CD... I hope so, I thought those samples were wonderful.

yeah Xpectation gettin release would just make year two look worse than it is now.. I mean, he defeats the whole purpose of being in his club doin shit like that...
