How do we save them to hard drive? Can't "save target as" these links nor is there save capability at NPGMC or MPEG in my temp files.

My Temporary Internet Files are fucked, so I can't save the videos from there.

I imagine the videos will turn up online somewhere though, ABMP etc.

Use Windows Media Player.
Select Open URL.
Let Media Player load the video.
When it is fully loaded and starts playing.
Select "Save Media as..."

Right-click the video's when they open in the theatre. Select 'properties' there you find the filename and the path where that file is...just combine it!

The patch you find: http://www.npgmusicclub.com:81/members/theater/mediafiles/

The filename you find: like_big_wmv.wmv

Hey! I work in ICT! I should know those kind of things...I guess...

Direct link to the quicktime files:
http://www.npgmusicclub.c...ewqtfiles/

What i do is: when you see the files listed (on the browser window/website above mentioned) drag them to your desktop. It starts downloading as a seperate file.
I have a mac and don't know how it works in pc-land. But it should be similar.

Good luck!

Ok.

PC Wizards. I know that I can't download at work because of a firewall. (Even if I could unselect it for a few minutes, bells alarms and sh** would go off)

But. . . When at home, I used to find these files in my temp internet file and now they no longer show up.

Can someone tell me how to reset the setting so that I can make the files show up in my temp files again?

Even the stuff I have on WMP, when I try to burn to disc I get a "Cannot copy" message.

Any help PLEASE!!!

(Damn kids always messing with s***)

Peace

Try going to Tools, then Internet Options, then Settings (might differ, depending upon your version of Explorer or whether you have another browser), and then you can increase the size of your Temporary Folder.

The vids are so big that they didn't show up for me either at first, until I went in and increased the size of the Temporary Internet Folder, cleared it out, and then downloaded the vids again...and then PRESTO! there they were.

Hope it works for ya. wink

Thanks Blue:

I know the kids were fooling around with the settings and I have no idea what they've done.

I'll give it a try.

Peace
