People are such maroons about this topic, as if he's Willy Wonka or the Great and All-Powerful Oz or something. Meanwhile, a freakin' superstar legend like David Bowie keeps an online diary on his official site, and participates in online chats with his fans as if he were just an everyday Joe.
I mean, everyone's entitled to their private lives, but Prince needs to get over himself because he ain't exactly burning up the tabloids anymore. | |

I think Prince probably posts on the boards and participates from time to time in the chatroom. It's not like he's gonna post as himself or even announce that he's in the chatroom. I think he may be more interested in the conversations of folks not knowing that he's around. | |

I read once that Courtney Love, who is no stranger to online bulletin boards, has a habit of typing with horrible spelling and syntax so that if her internet rants were ever used in a court of law, it could be argued that her posts weren't valid proof of anything because the spelling was so awful it could be interpreted as anything.
I think Prince might be doing the same thing with the masks he (most likely) hides behind online. When you can't connect him to his words, you can't hold him accountable for what he says. But what does that say about his belief in his own thoughts? | |

Or let people know that you are their equal and can share yourself as well as your music with them. When I met him he was SO nice to me. Ofcourse the bodyguards in the room said "try to talk to him and your out!!" but I talked to him for a good couple of minutes and he was so nice, laughing with me and all... I think he is more shy then anything and people misunderstand it for arrogance. LIVE4LUV
