Anyone in EUrope got the DVD yet? I paid at midday on Tuesday (which would be early morning over in America) and I've not had it yet (Thursday 15th). But having said that I've ordered one copy from the club and another from amazon just to see which one gets here first. Some people are like Slinkies...

International orders don't have any options for shipping. Just International Shipping (e.g. DHL Bulk) so it could be anything from 2-4 weeks...

Well, today I got a package from Music Today! It was the 'NEWS' cd which ordered on the 6th. That's 12 days. Will my DVD arrive before the official release date next Monday? The tension mounts! Anyway, the NPGMC retail is very reasonably priced. I think 14 quid for a DVD from the US of A is a very fair price! yesterday (on sunday !!!) I recieved my shipping confirmation e-mail from musictoday. They says ... shipping time 2 - 4 weeks ... !!! What is the truth ??? | |

I ordered the Vegas DVD on August 12th and that day I got an e-mail telling me that "order is being processed and will be shipped promptly". I thought "promptly" means August 12th. That is what I was also hoping that would happen because as an European NPGMC Member I always have to wait very long for my orders. So I thought my order was on my way the whole last week. But 18th August I received another e-mail telling me that my "order has been shipped ". So I asked MusicToday if that mean that my order was lying around a whole week somewhere by them and first shipped on August 18th? Ant they told me: According to the records, your order shipped on 8/17/03. I apologize for the delay. How can they do that??? So my DVD was lying around by them a whole week and they tell that I should wait another 2-4 weeks for it! Is it not a SCANDAL now???!!! | |

So I write this: Dear PP 8 so U think that it is OK 2 say “orders will be fulfilled right away - no waiting!” (from the original NPGMC e-mail, 08/12/03) or “All DVDs will be ready 2 ship on the same day u place ur order so don't hesitate 2 get this one.” (from the original NPGMC e-mail, 07/22/03) and then do NOT ship the order all week (order 08/12/03 – shipment 08/18/03)? I have never complained before and always got my orders quite fast (except 4 NEWS – here I waited 5 weeks!!!) but this time it is just not right. | |

I have never had any problems with shipping from NPGMC. They say 2-4 weeks in the email just to cover themselves. In reality it takes about a week 2 come from the US to the UK. Got the dvd on Saturday morning. Perfect. | |

I also ordered one of those npgmc skull caps, but the stitching is so poor it split along the seam as soon as I put it on. An' I's only got an ickle head.  Some people are like Slinkies...
