ok compare this website with the NPGMC

http://www.sanandapromotion.com/

look i'm not trying to get nobody upset or nothing, i just want you to see if you haven't already what Terence Trent D'Arby has been doing lately. i looked thru it and i downloaded 10 free songs. bamm! just like that.
the funny thing is that TTD has changed his name and he has a section where he spouts weird spiritual text but hey at least he actually is talking to the fans. it appears that he is very active in trying to get fans.

now, in this recent heated climate that seems to be apparent in regards to how Prince has been perceived to be treating his fans, i'm not looking to say that TTD's site is better or nothing. i guess it's just his way of doing stuff. that's it. so don't be bugging out on me if you think i'm complaining. go to the Prince forum and see what i said about complainers. 'kay? let's play nice.

Since Bruce Springsteen was just in San Francisco (and sold out our 30,000 seat baseball stadium in hours), I thought I'd check out his site:

No, I am most certainly NOT a fan of the "Boss," but he has managed to stay connected with his fanbase. His website helped me to understand why. Care to have a look?

I prefer Sananda's site to the NPGMC any day. It's free, it doesn't have any censorship (isn't it sad that it's even necessary to mention that) and most important it has a lot more to offer. Lots of songs for free downloads, videoclips of live performances and Interviews, many pictures (live as well as private from his childhood till now, even of his recent wedding), writings of Sananda etc.
Contrary to Prince Sananda practices what he preaches and really shares his music worship
With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

They're down now, but for a few years, Billy Corgan would regularly post on the smashingpumpkins.com message board, and chat and respond directly to fans. Now THATs someone whos down to earth...

i sometimes see so many similiarities between Springsteen and Prince but then i see where they stop being so. i sometimes wish Prince was a bit more down to earth and not so kooky. kooky is not necessarily bad but Springsteen really knows what ppl want and need to hear right at the right time.

I love TTD and I have all of his albums - including the one that the site is advertising that no one heard about. I got all those songs. TTD also rescheduled a gig and then cancelled it in DC. His tour was postponed altogether. If Prince did this, it would be more fodder for hate.
