Not so, N.E.W.S was available to members during its preview before the cd was made available. Buying it was optional if you desired better sound quality.

you're right - I completely forgot that. If I remember right now, the bit rate was pretty low, though.

Toejam For Governor of California! Thanks. You can't name another artist who has been as generous to his fan base. You wanted more music, you've got it. His methods may not be w/o fault but his intentions seem to be sincere.

Im almost positive which one is clearly the most impressive. In fact, even if he downsized year one for a future year.. meaning, not even givin us half that much, and it would still kick 02 and 03's ass by a longshot.
