DVD in Colorado

Well I got the DVD today and I can't lie, I'm pretty disappointed. The camera work is very bad and the sound is muffled, except for his voice and the clap drum which are mixed louder. For me the show doesn't flow at all and it really doesn't capture how great the ONA tour really was. I'm just bummed because you wait and wait for something and then it just doesn't do anything for you. And what is UP with all the pics in between songs and all the crowd shots??? And then when we do get a close up we get REAL close up and are in everyone's face. Well now I go back to waiting for the Family Jam in December where I KNOW I'll get a show I won't forget.

This is almost the exact same thing I JUST posted!! The DVD's a disappointment, but then again, my hopes really weren't that high for it anyway. Hmmm, that's kinda a sad statement when you think about it. Ah well, I suppose it's something, but DAMN, it could've been SOOO much more.

I hope they announce something definite (like ticket prices and exact dates) soon for that LA show in December so I can see if I can make it or not.

Got it. It came Saturday. I guess. Maybe today. I was on vacation who knows. It's here and... the tracklist could be better.

I listened to the DVD this morning. The music rocks, and that pretty much is good enough for me.

I can't comment on the video portion, that is so secondary on my list..

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... unknown
