whats the trick?

Is there some special trick to accessing the npg site? I've paid my cash but can't get in. 5 mails to the help guys and no response. I'm getting pissed off and I want my cash back. Has anyone got their money back? Or will I just keep trying.

Try http://www.npgmusicclub.com/members

It will take you beyond the gates (but you will have to put your username and password in the box - remember that it's all case sensitive).
