ARE U EXPERIENCE NPGMC>Yes i'm I like 2 share my experience about the NPGMC,i don't
want 2 B controversial but this is the true story!! i subscribed 2 this club in may 2003, i thought that this place will B a place of Music & friendly Prince experiences>>Not at all >> this club is not a prince club 4 freedom of speacking >> No way 2 talk about music or projects or new stuff 2 come in the club !!>> after the "news" fiasco selling thru the club ( some fans didn't get yet their cds althought some reach the stores Before & cheaper )& the Support Prince Email, a lot of fans complained about this & the Forum room has been closed 4 several days)>>No real explanation from them !! >> Like others i complained about this on the chat room & the Forum >> Moderators have censored systematicely my messages on forum & told me 2 b very cool (No waves) in private on the chat!!>>The chat room is often used as chatting about God & The Bible >> No question about the Man himself & his projects >> i tried 2 understand & keep trying a little bit...At last i was Banned 4 good from chat & Forum with no Explanations from the Moderators!!>>this is Sad! I just want 2 share this experience from a fan (& i'm not the only ones in this case,others has experienced the same Ending) who support prince since 18 years & now i'm tired 2 see this Artist i loved so much acting like that thru his Club >> This club Or This House become little by little a place Of God in the JHW Witnesses way of thinking >> NO PLACE 4 REAL MUSICAL LOVERS!! thanx & sorry 4 my broken english I hope my Experience help u not in a controversal way but in a understanding way ! |

Sorry to hear about that. You're not alone. I think the NPGMC sucks big time this year. Prince has probably lost a few more fans this year because of his bullshit. | |

Complaints to no end...if U don't like the way the club is run...run somewhere else.
I don't condone the MC and/or Org policies but they are done to their own specifications. If one doesn't want to chat Biblically don't go there...if there's not enough interest ...maybe it'll progress. Maybe there IS a sincere following who can appreciate it, let those who participate enjoy it. | |

I thought the chat room was used to discuss the day's topic and if what you were discussing was not topic of the day than I guess they can delete it if they want too. It seems that all people want to do is complain and sometimes it may not even have anything to do with NPGMC or maybe it does who knows. I have received everything I ordered in a timely fashion. | |

Id liketo share my experience:
I joined in year 1 and got charged twice. I fought to get my money back and eventually did - I sat abck and waited for Rave to arive...Im still waiting. I did however get teh downloads...many of which were already released on CD/Video already but some new gems were in there (High, Supercute etc) - I waited for the World Tour but the World only seemed to include America. Like a twat I joined in year 2 because of the promise of a Tour...sure enough it came !!! I tried to book tickets but my membership details could not be found and I missed out on teh priority tickets...never mind I though (only the main reason for joining wasted!!!) i'll go on normal tickets. I enjoyed teh night until Prince started being a prick and ripping teh piss out of teh people at the back by singing "join the club" and basically saying that if we wanted good seats we should have "joined the club" Year 2 ended wonderfully with everybody getting a link emailed out regarding Xpectation and soundcheck downloads...everybody except me it would seem. Like an even bigger twat I joine again this year and so far have received absoloutely naff all except an email advertising the DVD and an email asking for my cds...no Glamslam password nothing!!! Still, what do I know im just a Naysayer (apparently) | |

I understand that there are those who've had bad experiences with the club, and I do sympathize. However, I can't speak on that, because I've not experienced that. So far this year, for me, the club has been more than satisfactory.
*I've received my emails in a timely fashion. * Any questions I've asked have been answered directly. *The things that I've ordered were delivered when they were supposed to be. *I've had no problems getting any songs I've wanted from the Reflection room. * I was able to download the videos on my first attempt. I can navigate the site quite well, plus I like the new look. * And most important of all, it only cost me $25.00 to join this year. As for what goes on in the chatroom, that has more to do with the people in the chatroom than it does with the club itself, perhaps the beef should be with them. I've also seen many of the posts that have been deleted or locked in the forums, and for the most part many of them in my view were posted with the hopes that they would be deleted. Blatant challenges and open defiance of the rules. Like a post that someone is crying about being deleted that said you can purchase the dvd at some street place outside of NPGMC. Since they are trying to sell the dvd on the site, why on earth would the poster expect them to keep that post up. I think the poster knew it would be deleted and posted it anyway to have something to gripe about. (Just my opinion of course but that's how it came across to me.) This post is not meant to dismiss any issues that some have expressed. It's meant to show that not everyone is unsatisified with the NPGMC.
